@krispykremeUK @tesco after a frantic 1 hour search in 3 local stores, I was unable to purchase the krispy Kreme mini doughnut ring I needed for my daughters birthday cake....had to make it myself out of icing!!! Why are they not included as standard in each store delivery???

@RAC_Care Please don't worry I can assure a full formal complaint will be logged....to be honest even the various handlers she spoke to appeared to offer this as an alternative to recovery when she called them and time again asking for an update....unacceptable.

@TheRAC_UK can someone please explain why my wife (and our 2 young children) were left stranded for almost 9 hours before I drove and collected them....and gave them food and water as they had not eaten since lunchtime. No recovery vehicle turned up even when she was a priority

@Mrs_Bentos Thank you....I feel a rather strongly worded official complaint is due.....recovery included as part of Car insurance with RAC, not sure the offer of free months will placate the wife!!!
