Obviously landlords world want to offset that by passing it onto the the tenant in which case approx 30% of the total

@BigSwizz89 @BladeoftheS I’ve got 19 properties Krishan, all with tenants, what am I then? Look, I’m started to offload them, property isn’t my main business and I can see the end is coming. The housing market is broken and it’s not sustainable.
I’m as right wing as they come but I can accept reality
