This picture was used the first time Uganda recorded the first case of covid. For those who weren't here during that time. Twitter lover was this lady.
She was everyone's favorite during lock down on Twitter.
The way she was giving press conferences on covid and cases we had.
Seeing her going to ICT, an expert in medic!
I really wonder what exactly she is going to do there.
Are we shortage of educated people?
Our generation is the one which knows more about ICT, why not give us that ministry instead of giving it to a medic?
"Super leaders are calculative and conscious about choices they make in the best interest of those they lead." You just forgot to attach that.
Now, what does it benefit you as a follower if the archi bishop is murdered like he seems to allege?! The Gospel is best preached alive.
@Stuart_Dansun@RichardMbayo@Archbp_COU Leaders are super human. A leader is super expected to know what to do , super where , super when and super how. Thats why leaders are paid super bucks. You are supposed to be super normal. Mortal man should step down. He is no leader.

@Atukundaisaac1@ashabamic20@Phanerookampala As well note that by law under the physical planning standards, each plot was designated an Access to it, meaning anything extra has to be earned the right way and properly documented.
@Atukundaisaac1@ashabamic20@Phanerookampala I hope you're mentioning this in the law perspective. Also, if a whole government facility is not willing to compensate for land they'd like to acquire, then that raises questions.
@Atukundaisaac1@ashabamic20@Phanerookampala The church didn't acquire the land free of charge meaning there should be a compensation for the required piece since that plot wasn't planned for as an access to the hospital in the first place. If that's hard, may the hospital use their access as earlier planned for.
Digitization of land title acquisition:
"Looking ahead, the shift toward digital systems is transformative. We are moving toward a framework where surveyors, after completing fieldwork, can submit their data directly through an online portal. The system will automatically process, plot, and validate the survey. If it meets the required standards, it proceeds seamlessly to registration, culminating in the issuance of a certificate of title."
