No adjustments made to support Myles to have equal healthcare and an equal chance of living. Both the @CHFTNHS and the GPs tried to undermine the family to say he had capacity and didn't need adjustments. The Coroner was having none of it.
The Coroner Mr Crispin Oliver who had humility and humanity in spades found neglect played a role in Myles death. The judgement is here. It's a catalogue of missed opportunities and diagnostic overshadowing. We were shut out by the medical team.

This is about my wonderful and beautiful nephew Myles who was let down by Drs @CHFTNHS and Dalton Surgery in Huddersfield .They didn't see him as an equal human being. This happens far too often in the NHS . It has to change
