@united you are, no doubt, the bottom of the barrel wrt to airlines. Constant delays, with another today out of a sun filled sky at EWR. Then you provide 737 equipment with no power for your passengers. No offer for complimentary drink, Wi-Fi, snack, nothing. Just “We are worry to inform you that we have no power for your electronics for this flight. The system is not working”.
@directv is the worst service in history. Terrible customer support, antiquated technology and horrible IT. Their “system” has been down for 24 hours and every time you call, they say “call us back in 2 hours”. #goodluckwiththat

@Avis@avis not true! My rental at SFO last week 10/10 filthy inside. Nothing cleaned. Sticky residue in cup holders. Dust everywhere, and stains on the media center, dashboard, seats, doors, armrests. Impossible to say they 'executed safety protocols' when the interior was this bad.
