I strongly condemn the celebration of Hindi Month valedictory function along with the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Chennai Doordarshan.

Hon’ble @PMOIndia,

The Constitution of India does not grant national language status to any language. In a multilingual nation, celebrating Hindi Month in non-Hindi speaking states is seen as an attempt to belittle other languages.

Therefore, I suggest that holding such Hindi-oriented events in non-Hindi speaking states could be avoided, and instead, the celebration of the local language month in the respective states should be encouraged.

நான் கம்பெனில சேர்ந்த உடனே வந்த முதல் பேச்சு எனக்கு, மனைவிக்கு, குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஏன் பொதுவான குடும்பப்பெயர் இல்லைன்றது. இது ஜப்பான் வந்தது முதலே எதிர்கொள்ளும் கேள்வி தான்.

நானும் துறைத்தலைவரும் மதியம் உணவு இனைவேளைல சிறிது நடப்போம் அப்போ நான் அவருடன் தமிழ்நாடு குறித்து பகிர்ந்துகிட்ட முக்கியமான இரண்டு விசயங்கள்.

1. தமிழ்நாட்டைப் பொறுத்தவரை ஏன் பொதுவான குடும்பப்பெயர் இல்ல, குடும்பப்பெயர் எதைக்குறிக்கிறது. அதன் ஏற்றத்தாழ்வு என்ன, ஏன் தந்தை பெயரை பயன்படுத்தறோம், யார் அதை முன்மொழிந்தது என்கிற வரை சொல்லி “பெரியாரை” அறிமுகப்படுத்தியாச்சி. என் குழந்தைகளுக்கு மனைவிபெயர் பிறகு என் பெயர் என Surname வெச்சிருக்கொம் என்பதையும் விளக்கினேன்.

2. இந்தி இந்தியாவின் தேசிய மொழி இல்லை. இந்தியாவிற்கு ஆங்கிலம் இணைப்பு மொழியாக எப்படி வந்தது, தமிழ் என்னோட தாய்மொழி, தமிழர்கள் தமிழும் ஆங்கிலமும் படிக்க வித்தட்டவர் யார் என “அண்ணா” வை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியாச்சி.

கூடவே நான் அறிவியலை மட்டும் நம்பும் பகுத்தறிவுவாதி என்பதை 3 மாத உரையாடல்கள் மூலம் அழுத்தம் திருத்தமா பதிவு செய்ஞ்சிட்டு தான் நிரந்தரப்பணியானை பெற்றேன். அதனால 🤣🤣

அப்பறம் திராவிடம் சமூகநீதி, சமத்துவ சிந்தாந்தம். ஜப்பான்ல கல்லூரி பேராசிரியர்கள், விஞ்ஞானிகளில் பெண்கள் பங்களிப்பு குறைவா இருக்குனு பெண்களுக்கு பணியில் தனி இட ஒதுக்கீடு ஆரம்பிச்சிருக்காங்க. இங்க ஆராய்ச்சி பணி தேடவறவங்க அத கவனிக்கலாம். பெண்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பில் 33% ஐ தமிழரநாட்டில் 1989 லயே கொடுத்தவர் கலைஞர், அதன் பலனை இப்போது அனுபவிக்கறோம், ஜப்பான் இப்ப தான் அதனை கடைபிடிக்க ஆரம்பிச்சிருக்காங்க. கூடவே ஜப்பான் பள்ளிகளில் ஆங்கிலத்தை ஒரு மொழியாக கற்பிக்கபடுவது ~2015 வாக்கில் இருந்து தொடங்கியிருக்காங்க. ஜப்பானும் இருமொழிக் கொள்கைக்கு மாறி வர்றாங்க. “அண்ணா” இதனை 1965 லயே சாதித்தார்.

உலகம் எங்கயோ முன்னேறிகிட்டிருக்கு, என் சீட்டை பற்றிக் கவலைப்படாம புள்ளகுட்டிய படிக்க வைக்குற வேலையை பார்க்கலாம். 😆

In a shocking display of arrogance, the owner of Sree Annapoorna restaurant in Coimbatore was humiliated for daring to question the Finance Minister about the complex GST policies of the Modi government.

The business owner raised a legitimate concern over the GST burden and was mocked, followed by a forced apology on camera-an intimidation tactic straight out of the government's playbook.
