@bankofbaroda has quietly credited PLI into EDs & MD accounts. While top bosses enjoy, ground staff are told “under discussion.”

Let’s be clear:
→ Bank management has ZERO respect for process
→ Government via @DFS_India favors selective implementation
→ #UFBU/@aiboc_in leaders kept saying “we are trying” trying to deceive, not fight

Result?
Top executives get rewards while Real Bankers gets Workload, targets, and Saturday/Sunday branch openings will now explode, all to fill executive pockets

स्केल 4 एवं उससे ऊपर के अधिकारियों को एकतरफा PLI भुगतान का आदेश Unconstitutional है।

24 सितम्बर 1959 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने Punjab National Bank Ltd. vs. Its Workmen के मामले में दिए निर्णय में स्पष्ट कहा:

"जब मामला चल रहा हो तो नियम नहीं बदले जा सकते। ID Act 1947 के Section 33 के अनुसार Status quo जरूरी है।"

फिर अभी PLI कुछ लोगों को ही क्यों?

यह सीधा भेदभाव है, ID Act 1947 के Section 33 का उल्लंघन है। इसलिए ऐसा PLI आदेश गलत, गैरकानूनी और असंवैधानिक है।
