The product has not being delivered but Status on app shows BOTH delivered & pending. Refund/cancellation option not working. No way to reach customer care & even support comments are blocked.

Paid ₹10,613.76. This is unacceptable.

Need immediate cancellation & refund or I will escalate via consumer forum.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp Following up again on Order 408-8407950-9235556 — still no resolution.

This is now beyond a delay. The order status continues to show conflicting updates (delivered vs pending), and I remain unable to initiate cancellation or refund. There is also no functional support channel available via the app and even emails have been discontinued.

I have already shared all details and evidence. The lack of action reflects poorly on both the platform and seller accountability.

If this is not resolved immediately with a full refund, I will proceed with formal escalation via National Consumer Helpline and e-Daakhil, along with a complaint highlighting denial of support access.

Requesting urgent intervention and closure.

@makemytripcare 3 people have been checking and not providing basic bill for our trip. The bill required is for travel insurance and not for personal use but still MMT staff is doing nothing but harassing us for something so simple! @makemytrip @makemytripcare

Me & my husband have been tested +ve for Covid and are stuck in a foreign country.
We asked Make My Trip to provide us with the bill required for Travel Insurance and they are making us contact 3 different people for 2 days without providing this simple information!

First @myntra delivers wrong/incomplete products. @MyntraSupport finally accept their mistake and pickup the product after 100 calls!
Now the product has been picked up but no updates of the same even after 48 hours!

First learn to admit your own mistake, take your wrong product back and refund my money!

Everybody is warned not to store money in myntra wallet as @myntra steal money from there by having your myntra account access internally after which they say account is been hacked by someone @MyntraSupport say contact cyber cell. Best is dnt use myntra.
