@Olacabs @irfan_khan11794 @Olacabs first look at your cancellation policies which are so cruel for the customer and also Driver will refuse to start unless we cancel the ride and if we disagree he won't cancel the ride and blames customer not at the pick up location(for which you charge us again)

It's been more than a month and my physical card has not been generated yet. When would you like to give me my physical card despite multiple requests.( a year ?). Should I wait till then ?.

@mishra_sailor @sliceit_ Same issue applied on 27.04 virtual card is generated and they are saying there is a technical issue in generating physical card. Don't know how long will it take for them to resolve . Poor technical team.
