@schoolbusmgr We have just moved to Access and are looking to move to Arbor soon.

We haven't done anything with SIMS Next Generation, we've been contacted via email, calls many times. I'm concerned in the small, very small print there'd be something that would bind us to them for eternity.

Each person has a unique diagnosis that they struggle with each and every day, they don't need judging by 'keyboard warriors ' who don't live the struggle daily.

@stendanny @sbl365 Thank you for replying. One of mine is coming up to 18 months, the rest 9-12 months. It's money that we are due and I'm just fed up with having to keep chasing.

Anyone know if the Financial Ombudsman will help a school with a claim against a Staff Insurance Company for non payment of agreed settlement? 😔Sorry it's work, but it's the only time I have for this sort of stuff. Thank you. x
