@Fraser_Knight@cara_eyre Hi Fraser. As a journalist have you had any update on this situation? As a @TUIUK customer I am disappointed that Tui haven’t provided any update to their customers in over a week. Customers are becoming increasingly stressed and anxious with Tui doing nothing.
@unite_southeast any update you can give on the ASC/TUI Gatwick strikes as TUI are giving no updates to their customers? Have any talks been happening with week and any closer to a settlement? Thank you
@TUIUK There is no information there as it’s been the same message since last Friday! Surely there must be an update on the situation in almost a week?!
@TUIUK Good morning. Are you able to give any update on the talks with ASC and the likelihood of the strikes being suspended? If the strikes go ahead what are the contingency plans as I’ve heard that we will only be given 24 hours notice if our flight/holiday is cancelled?
