Now if you have any complaints with quality/quantity of the food you need to send an email to Swiggy & wait for them to come back with not my problem.

Leaking customer data can attract penalties upto 250 Cr as per Data Protection Bill.
And these idiots has made available all my sensitive information be it Name, email, contact number & even address on Dark web.

Sharing my horrible experience with flipkart which made me feel helpless against these fraudsters.
Painfully ling thread ahead (Thanks to incompetence of Flipkart)
However after calling multiple times, it was confirmed to me that the order had been cancelled but Flipkart had not received any update on the order from logistics partner. Till date I have not been updated about this issue. And neither the amount has been refunded.
