ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్​లో ఆహార భ‌ద్రత ప్రమాణాల్ని బ‌లోపేతం చేసేందుకు భార‌త ఆహార భ‌ద్రతా ప్రమాణాల సంస్థ (ఎఫ్ఎస్ఎస్ఏఐ) ముందుకొచ్చి���ది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఫుడ్ టెస్టింగ్ ల్యాబ్స్ ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు ఎఫ్ఎస్ఎస్ఏఐతో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్​ ప్రభుత్వం రూ.88.41 కోట్లతో ఒప్పందం కుదిరింది. రూ.20 కోట్లతో తిరుమ‌ల‌లో, మ‌రో రూ.20 కోట్లతో క‌ర్నూలులోనూ ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ ఫుడ్ టెస్టింగ్​ ల్యాబ్‌లు ఏర్పాటు చేయనుంది.

ఏలూరు, ఒంగోలులో ప్రాథ‌మిక ఆహార ప‌రీక్షల ప్రయోగ‌శాల‌ల్ని ఒక్��ొక్కటి రూ.7.5 కోట్లతో నెల‌కొల్పనుంది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఆహార శాంపిళ్ల సేక‌ర‌ణ‌, విశ్లేష‌ణ‌ కోసం రూ.12 కోట్లు, ఆహార భ‌ద్రతా ప్రమాణాల‌పై ప్రజ‌లకు అవ‌గాహ‌న క‌ల్పించేందుకు రూ.11 కోట్లు కేటాయించనుంది. ఇప్పటికే రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న 4 మొబైల్ ఫుడ్ టెస్టింగ్ ల్యాబ‌రెట‌రీల‌కు అద‌నంగా మ‌రో 22 ల్యాబ‌రెట‌రీల‌ను ట‌ర్న్ కీ విధానంలో వినియోగించేందుకు రూ.15 కోట్లు కేటాయించేందుకు సూత్రప్రాయంగా అంగీకారం కుదిరిం���ి.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్​లో ఆహార భద్రతా ప్రమాణాల చ‌ట్టాన్ని ప‌టిష్టంగా అమ‌లు చేసేందుకు కార్యాచ‌ర‌ణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నాం. అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన మాన‌వ వ‌న‌రుల్ని, మౌలిక స‌దుపాయాల్ని క‌ల్పిస్తాం. ఎఫ్ఎస్ఎస్ఏఐతో ఒప్పందం ఇందుకు దోహ‌దం చేస్తుంది. ఫుడ్ సేఫ్టీ ఇండెక్స్ లో దేశంలోనే ఏపీ స‌ముచిత స్థానం పొందేందుకు చ‌ర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.

కళాశాల భవనాల నుండి ఎంఆర్వో కార్యాలయాలు కలెక్టరేట్లు వరకు చివరికి అతిథిగృహాలను తనఖాకు ఇచ్చేసిన సీఎం @ysjagan ఇప్పుడు లేటెస్ట్ గా రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయాన్ని తాకట్టు పెట్టారు.

ప్రజలకు భూయజమాన్య హక్కులు కల్పిస్తూ పక్కా పట్టాలు ఇవ్వమని కేంద్రం ‘స్వమిత్వ’ పథకం కింద నిధులిస్తే పట్టాదారు పాస్ బుక్కులపైన చాలా “ముందస్తు ప్రణాళిక”తో తన ఫోటోలు వేసుకున్నారు.

ఆ ఆస్తి పత్రాలను ఏదో బ్యాంకులో తాకట్టు పెడతారు లేదా దర్జాగా లాక్కుంటారు.

ఏపీ ని సోమాలియా లాగానో, ఇంకా అవకాశం ఉంటే సహారా లాగానో మార్చడమే జగనన్న లక్ష్యం.
