@MountainWHouse ordered a rain coat for my daughter. Got the wrong one sent. I shouldn’t have to pay postage to return the wrong item you have sent! Yes returns are free in store but I have to pay £4 for parking to return the wrong item. I have to pay to fix your mistake?
