He lost the defamation case after Taliban-provided witnesses were interviewed in March 2023 at the Serena Hotel in Kabul, under Taliban control.

I’m aware of how the prisoner Hikmatullah was detained, then sheltered in Doha & ultimately returned to Afghanistan as a free man.

There was no witness of such alleged murders prior to Taliban’s return to power.
