@kirkneverdied Episode 5 was a snoozefest and felt completely unnecessary. The whole exchange between the robbers and cops was such lazy and poor writing.
Glad the show got back to form quickly in episode 6.
@Danimalish *SPOILERS* Watched it for the first time yesterday. It was riveting for the most part but the fact that John had a picture of the detectives and had an encounter with them made me think about Mills's wife's safety. So, the reveal of what's in the box was not unpredictable for me.
@AishaS@jayohday With all due respect, you can't talk about snubs when you haven't seen all of the nominated directorial works. That list is stacked.! And you have a negative opinion on Oppenheimer without even watching it. I don't know how that works.
@Lucky25185873@namit_malhotra@jammypants4 I didn't assume anything. I just summarized the early reactions that are coming out since a week which @namit_malhotra missed. Of course I don't know how either of the 2 movies is.
Like you said, we'll find out soon. Got my tickets for both this Sunday.
@sri50 2450/- for a movie ticket is absolutely ridiculous. It costs less than that to watch it here in New York City on the 2nd biggest IMAX screen in the world.
@namit_malhotra@jammypants4 Most early reactions have mentioned a potential Oscar nom in lead actor, supporting actor, sound and original score categories for Oppenheimer and praised Nolan's work.
I've seen 2 or 3 mixed reviews for both movies. I'd say the early reactions are pretty even for both films.
@jammypants4 I hear you. The movie may turn out to be good, but the trailer did nothing to make me want to watch the film. It might also be in danger of severe backlash if they don't have a strong justification to show - what looks like the Holocaust, in a movie that is based on modern times.
@geekyranjit@geekyranjit Hello sir, I'm planning to buy the honor play. I want to know if it supports the network bandwidths in USA cause I'll be going to the US for studies next year.
