@IndiGo6E 3 months ago, I was asked to pay an extra fee at the airport by indigo because I booked my tickets through @makemytrip . They didn’t allow my family to board till they paid the extra amount. Mr. Deepak- staff at counter ensured to resolve the issue but no response! Help

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @BJP4JnK the escalators at the Jammu railway station are never working. What is even the point of new developments?!

[Sunalika Jain @SunalikaJain]

@HDFCCredila Thank you so much for noting my complaint. The team has reached out to me. They were extremely helpful in providing clarification to me and have given reassurance to resolve my concerns. Thanks again!

[Sunalika Jain @SunalikaJain]

@HDFCCredila Are they the best teachers? Or just a commercial organisation trying to make money and increase mental stress on students! #SHAME @HDFCCredila @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank @HDFCLIFE @HomeLoansByHDFC @HDFCBankNews @CarebyHDFC_HL @RBI @RBIsays @smritiirani

[Sunalika Jain @SunalikaJain]

@HDFCCredila @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank @HDFCLIFE @HomeLoansByHDFC I can’t believe a reputed bank like HDFC can treat their customers in such a horrible and unprofessional way!

[Sunalika Jain @SunalikaJain]

@HDFCCredila The services provided by CREDILA are extremely unprofessional. They don’t pick up calls, reply to texts, respond on emails! You have to follow up so much. My VISA appointment is round the corner and they still need to share a letter but no response.

@HDFCCredila All our efforts, time and money goes wasted and they don’t bother or care to respond!!
