Always confused how I know when @united planes are delayed before the app does, are you guys hiring? Just put me in an airport and I can do a way better job than current strategy
@united continues to be the most inept airline in the “friendly skies” and tests patience of all their passengers. Cannot describe the chaotic scene of everyone rushing out the door and going through brand new security upon announcement that coincided with “boarding time”
What an absolute nightmare return to flying @united after being taken care of by @delta all 2026. United just flipped our entire concourse on our flat back to Newark, forcing entire plane full of people to go back through security and switch terminal while tsa is already tight
Wow @AmericanAir all my friends from New York landed after me on the @Delta flight got their bags and I had to wait ages to get my bag (37 mins) how do we fix this? Awful experience might as well fly spirit. My good friend Ed Bastian would never put me through this
Have a ton of travel and flying coming up the next 2 weeks. Started tonight where I had to get to Dallas on a Sunday evening. @Delta got us there a full hour early! Massive shoutout to my good friend Ed Bastian - 2026 off to a roaring start

It’s the sad reality of what @Amtrak has become these days. They are dramatically worse and less reliable than air travel, especially between NYC and BOS. The customer experience is trash and frequent delays But they do have a next gen train that is 7 min faster than before
I complain a lot about air travel but my experience with gold status flying @Delta during my status match period has been nothing short of terrific to start the new year - hoping the good vibes continue. Even this morning with delayed flight, was able to switch to new flight
All around dispicable performance from @JetBlue tonight. Almost 2 hr delay because they couldn’t get a plane across the runway. Made us check our bags and bags haven’t shown up for 30 mins. TVs didn’t work. I’m so grateful we don’t fly them more often!
Woof @JetBlue had a plane here overnight, it still managed to get to our gate an hour late and now we are delayed 90 mins and probably more. What a pathetic performance @JetBlue there is a reason I avoid this airline like the plague.
I am currently a @united gold member, and I am hoping to do a status match so I can start flying @Delta more - can you have someone reach out to me so I can do a status match?

@united my new flight departs at 11:07 - the aircraft that we will be flying on arrives at 10:47 - why bother giving a departure time that you know is only going to get further delayed?
Woof! Unfortunate development but apparently the aircraft @united wanted to send us to New Orleans on is broken, so once again a self-inflicted travel delay due to my good friends @united why do I continue to punish myself! UA1527
