Ton生态面临的几个问题：
1用户质量低，这点大家应该都能感觉到，首先是用户结构问题，大量非洲，东南亚，东欧用户，用户净值低。还有另外一些维度，每天活跃用户数跟微信差不多，但实际用户数远低于微信，主要是大量多号。用户打开频率，使用时长只有微信的30%，也就没有使用深度。再一个是用户场景单一，比如在微信上的关系建立主要基于熟人关系，朋友，同事，家人，有这些关系会延伸出各种高质量的应用场景，比如支付，游戏，内容等，这些场景可以实现商业转化。综上，TG本身的价值预计是微信的5%以下。

简单来说就是用户量水，又没钱，还不容易做转化，即使成功转化，投入产出比也不划算。

但这并不是说，Ton没价值，能在这个规模的用户池里做尝试，已经是非常好的创新，也会获得积极的反馈，只是我认为目前这个尝试的方式和逻辑有问题。

2用户之间的关系单一，这可能是TG到Ton面临最大的问题，再拿微信举例子，关系广度，覆盖微信用户的所有熟人关系；交互深度，一起开会，游戏，朋友圈；关系网上人又彼此交叉，各种群，这三点形成强韧的关系网，满足用户绝大多数的社交需求，从而垄断社交流量，为什么其他产品做不起来，即使有用户量，用户关系也没结构，没复杂度，到头来仍然吃不到有价值的使用场景。

并不是在这个点上非要拿TG和微信比，因为这两个产品的定位不一样，TG更像是一个面具，只在特定场景起作用。

所以现在追求从TG拿多少用户量到Ton，个人觉得价值不大，应该是选择拿什么样的用户，形成什么样的关系，能不能抓住一两个主要场景，动辄几百上千万的用户量，可能都很难支撑一个meme，一旦用户量的这张虎皮被戳破，对Ton的价值预期就破碎了。

3用户关系才是社交产品的核心价值，用户之间彼此的推动效应，形成的如海啸一般的力量，才是社交产品与其他类型产品最大的差别。就Ton而言，拿一堆点点点的用户，只能得到一个畸形的用户结构，而能说not的机会，也只有那么几次。

所以现在Ton上做流量售卖的应用，实在是不看好，如果还是按微信上的玩法，流量的价值只能越做越薄。

目前看，交易这个场景是有效的，从需求触发，到关系形成，很顺畅，定位也很清晰，炒币小圈子，从资产发行，交易机会发现，信息分享一路做下来，虽然用户群不大，但只有这一波交易用户的效率足够高，才有机会做更大规模的用户转化。

当然生态有生态的玩法，我也更愿意看到开发者百花齐放，各显神通，才有意思。但还是建议，type to earn，真的算了，或者限定一下，目前这个没实际用户场景的type，必然一地鸡毛…
