@StateFarm Thanks for dropping my homeowner's insurance because I had two claims in a 5 year period. One was a home invasion/burglary and the other, you didn't even pay out. We did the work ourselves. I'll be cancelling my auto insurance soon.

@EdenBradley @TeraCus It was not developed for Veterans, but is widely used at the VA because it's a type of therapy that has been studied and proven to work. I think your therapist was over simplifying it by comparing it to hypnosis.

@EdenBradley @TeraCus Fyi, EMDR is not hypnosis. It's a type of grief counseling that helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories. I'm trained in it and you can find a certified therapist on the EMDRIA website.

@UPS My package arrived in Phoenix on 8/22 at 4pm. Tracking now says it will not arrive until 8/27 although it has been in Mesa, AZ since yesterday. I could have walked to the 20 miles to Phoenix faster than your trucks are unloading and scanning packages.
