@makemytripcare Repeatedly confirmed from the customer care personnel if I will get refund of 6777 and she confirmed, also mentioned no deduction at MMT will be done. Yet, this is being done, it is absolute cheating.

@makemytripcare Bookind Id: NF70380BFBE91LJL5587. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and MMT customer care mentioned full refund to be made since they could not provide any alternative solution. However, the emai received today from MMT says 6327 is refunded instead of 6777

@makemytripcare It has been over 24 hours now since my problem has been addressed even after multiple calls and complaints.

@makemytrip I have been using MMT atleast 3 years now. But, I guess this time I'll simply have to stop doing it. My flight from Kolkata to Varanasi on 7th Nov. 2021 was booked well in advance. All of a sudden, the timings was preponed and finally, today it was cancelled.

@airtelindia I have been a prepaid customer since last few years and only a month into postpaid got me to understand how airtel cheats. I was charged with activation during sim purchase, yet the same has been added to my bill. 3 SR were generated, closed without resolution.
