@turo im a Host and my car wasn’t returned at the return time. While I called Support and opened a ticket (still waiting for turo’s call back) I realized the vehicle was southbound passing LA. Over 6hrs away heading to what seemed the border. Your support aux so I called CHP….

The renter also cut the AirTag off of my key & it showed in Oakland, while @onstar showed the car in LA headed south. My car app showed engine was off with no gas or miles but the Cadillac Escalade still sent location signal to the app! Still no word from turo.

Luckily #CHP was able to catch up to the vehicle which I was tracking on the car @OnStar pull over and arrest the driver who wasn’t the renter and appear to be driving to the border. My car is now at a tow yard and still waiting for your support to call back. @CHPAlerts
