Super SCAM.
Not even a bank, they run business through 3rd party.
No one answers the phone.
No statements.
They can't receive electronic transfer at all.
Once customer service answered and she was in the toilet, when I asked her what was that noise she said flushing.

@ChaseSupport just got off the phone with the (bogus) manager on duty Jessica that is intolerant to my last name Mohamed .
Refused to listen, started yelling and said I make no sense whatsoever, got loud and I think she used inappropriate language.
Chase is going down quickly.
