Long-form gen-art is back on Tezos ✨

The platform is now open to all and with that Tezos has an open long-form gen-art engine again for artists to experiment with, which I'm really happy about :))

We are starting with two new ipfs-based bootloaders:

p5-js: code editor in the browser based on p5js 2.x as part of the partnership
generic-web: arbitrary html+js projects uploaded as zips which gives artists the ultimate flexibility

and some interesting bootloaders planned already
