@flannelsfashion I ordered some trousers in a UK 40” waist and received them in a French 40” waist (equivalent to a UK 30”). Your online chat dismissed this problem a refused to help & your is website misleading. Why such poor customer service? How do I return?
@flannelsfashion hi, took a faulty Ralph Lauren bag into the Cheshunt store 2 weeks ago and was meant to receive an email within 5days of next steps… haven’t received anything. I don’t live close to store, how can I contact someone?
@flannelsfashion Perhaps you can use my £200 vouchers (expired) which you refused to honour as a goodwill gesture as part of your promo. I watched about £5k go through your tills recently in 10 minutes. These vouchers were a gift from my now dead mother. I will never visit your stores again 🤬
@flannelsfashion waiting 4 weeks for an order and still not processed, palmed off with appalling customer service that promise an investigation and response within 48 hours and nothing. I just want to know where my order is and when it will arrive 😡
But don't try and return anything as they will send it back stating it looks worn. Even when the Off-White cap i bought stated it was 'adjustable' and when it came it didn't fit and no adjustable strap! . Straight return and then sent back as worn. Customer service ... Less than useless (3 emails) Avoid

@flannelsfashion I’m so disappointed I ordered a Christmas present,it wasn’t right so I needed to return.Took into flannels staff wouldn’t help and told me I had to return online for a fee. I’ve contacted you to sort out had no reply now I’m out of the return date so disappointed
