@lastminute_com Really really really bad customer service from your aggressive team in Albania. To other consumers I say that no matter how bad you think it could be dealing with last minute it’s worse than you could imagine. More to follow inc over 1.5hrs of recordings of their call centre

@lastminute_com This is unacceptable @lastminute_com. My flight was cancelled and For over a month I’ve dealt with mixed messages, no clear communication, and repeated calls/emails going nowhere. Now I’m told only part of the flight was refunded with zero proper explanation. Sort this out ASAP

@lastminute_com due to Gulf War and flights cancelled this company are only offering the value of the cancelled flight per Voucher. They will NOT provide a ‘refund’ for this same amount to your credit card, but CHF 200.00 less than the amount paid. Absolutely unacceptable.
