There's a stigma around therapy and who can use it. Nothing has to be “wrong” for you to see a therapist! Therapists are great for understanding our emotions, learning about ourselves and helping us gain a new perspective on anything weighing in our minds.

There are many things that are out of our control. Whether that be the way people react to you, or the way “life works out.” When such things happen, remember that they only thing you have in your control at that point, is your attitude.
