@reliancejio ₹1,000 refund pending. Engineer Mohit (7976229557) took it via PhonePe as Security Money, promising refund on disconnection. I vacated the room on 09 Aug 2026 and requested closure, but refund & disconnection are still pending. Please resolve urgently.

Very disappointing experience with @Uber_India today. My driver demanded extra cash over the fare shown in the app. When I refused, he canceled the ride. This defeats the purpose of transparent pricing and wastes riders' time. Please look into this. #Uber #CustomerExperience

Hi @Uber, your driver MORIA (Bajaj RE Maxima RJ42PA0219...) demanded ₹200 for the ride even though the fare shown in the Uber app was only ₹72. After that, he also sent personal messages like “Hello” and “Hiiii.” This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Pls investigate.
