As a PhD student, working hard doesn't mean skipping your meals or not sleeping enough, at all! It’s all about being efficient & planning well. When you get a handle on this, trust me, you will start enjoying your research journey & be productive at the same time!

As a PhD student, make it a habit to read a couple of research papers every week! You won’t get all of it the 1st time & this is totally normal! But read it again & then again – you will see the difference😎! We have all done it, and still do it, the same way🙏!
