Lemme tell you it don’t feel good OR believable if your friends tell you they know YOU’RE a good programmer but they don’t want to see more “diversity hires”.

2. Be your biggest advocate. Do not depend on others to notice you're doing a good job. You show then TELL them you're killing it! Unfortunately, modesty and humility work against us. Don't be arrogant, but do be confident.

So 2 weeks ago, world-famous @lofigirl's streams were taken down due to a spurious copyright claim. The claims were revoked and the streams restarted, but the old streams were archived, creating the two longest videos on @YouTube at-present, each more than 20 thousands hours long
