When you smell gas call the emergency line @NGNgas come within the hour but have to cap off your meter due to a gas leak. You call @BritishGasHelp @BritishGas on hold for 30 mins to be transferred. 30mins later you’re told the meter team don’t work on Sundays and cut you off!

Finally spoke to @BarclaysUK after a total of 6 hours and 41 minutes on hold! To hopefully have a minor issue resolved. Went to put in a complaint to find I need to call them! What a joke! I don’t even want to think about my phone bill. Poor poor service Barclays.

Day two of waiting to speak to @BarclaysUK about our community associations account which has been threatened with closure if we don’t speak to them in 10 days. Yesterday 2hours and 54 minutes on hold?’c for nothing today 45mins and counting. Customer service at its best!
