@Malcolm_theCat Great way for cats to spend time outside in the fresh air, watching and hearing the wildlife etc, while knowing they are completely safe from the dangers of vehicles, dogs, getting shut in sheds and other things you can’t control if your cat isn’t with you.

@siobhanworld I take my cat out in the garden on a harness and lead. She also has a £200 cat house that you can buy on Amazon. It is about 6ft high and 2ft wide with three shelves at different heights to sit on. She loves sitting in it bird watching, and on the lead gives her outside exercise.

@Kat071014 Our council tax is up to ten instalments of £437 this year. It is ridiculous. We are in a three bedroom small detached but our road used to be considered desirable, before they built a massive new housing estate across the road. The values have not been looked at since 1991.

@Eman5695 I adopted an ear-tipped ‘feral’ cat that we had seen in our garden from time to time for several years. She would bolt any time we came out the door but eventually accepted food from us. Later on she let us stroke her. She turned out to be the cuddliest, affectionate, loyal cat.
