@OVOEnergy OVO is the worse company to deal with - customer service that is only open Mon - Fri 9 to 5 - some people do work!! Been trying to sort out an incorrect bill of 8k since December 22. P’haps the CEO needs to sign up 2 Twitter 2 see all these negative comments!

@OVOEnergy really not sure what is going on at OVO after speaking 2 u numerous times u sort out my fathers £8000 incorrect invoice & now ur sending emails 2 say he still owes £8000.This is enough 2 send a 50yr old into despair never mind an 86 yr old! @MartinSLewis pls shame Ovo

@OVOEnergy @MartinSLewis Martin please make one of your shows about OVOEnergy and how incompetent they are - 86 ye old dad rec’d incorrect invoice of over 8k and now no one wants to sort it out and OVO refuse to place acct on hold whilst we attempt to sort out!!

@OVOEnergy and I have just called again to speak to a manager or supervisor and again the advisor hung up - assuming all your calls are recorded?!!!

@OVOEnergy I have spent 80mins on call with ur call centre last week 2 have me authorised on acct as he is distressed by incorrect bill of 8k! thinking advisor did her job correctly thought I could ring back today, only now bein told I’m not authorised & then they hung up on me
