@emile_jg @bchydro Yes. I heard that too. We have outages from MVAs about six times a year so I think it’s time for @bchydro to consider burying the lines from mission to Harrison Mills. Not sure why this stretch of highway 7 involves cars bring down poles so often, but it’s beyond ridiculous

@bchydro Now site says crew arrival at 10:50am??? It would be nice for @bchydro to provide more accurate updates. If, for example, you’re waiting on a coroner, at least keep customers apprised.

@bchydro Website says crew not arriving until 10:30am. Four hours after outage. Is there a reason for this lengthy delay? It’s only major outage in Lower Mainland. I would’ve assumed crew on site within hour
