I recommend watching a special report about a unique hospital train - one with no analogues in the world.

This medical train evacuates the wounded from front-line cities to rear hospitals. The cars are equipped with special beds for the injured, and each one has a doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologists.

If necessary, the medics can perform surgery right on the move. One of the cars is an intensive care unit, equipped with cardiac monitors and artificial lung ventilation machines.
