@steve541854@RobCragz What sport or team I follow has nothing to do with this, my first reply referenced both clubs not been able to purchase a new stadium. It’s fantasy to think otherwise, neither owners can and they’ll never be a queue of investors wanting to purchase a new stadium for Hull City
@steve541854@RobCragz Course I have but that isn’t happening in Hull so stop being daft. They may invest in teams but none of the owners or investors are building either team a new stadium.
@steve541854@RobCragz Who’s buying hull city a stadium Steve? You do realise how much that would cost don’t you? Your regime need to concentrate on getting the premier league club some proper training facilities and somewhere for the academy other than renting off Bishop Burton.
@OpTic_MH Who’s buying Hull City a stadium, how much do you realistically think that will cost? They can’t afford to move just like Hull FC can’t. They don’t even have a fit for purpose training facility and rent their academy facility off Bishop Burton College.
Well I believe this post sums up the thoughts of everyone. What an humble guy, from an humble background whom is parents, family & friends must be so proud of
I must confess to being a bit emotional this morning at the news of a knighthood for Kevin Sinfield.
I’ve always called him ‘Sir Kev’ and it’s hard to think of a man more deserving. He showed us all what it is to be a friend. What it means to step up when people need you and he did it all for his mate ❤️
After he carried Rob across the line in the Leeds marathon someone sent me this poem anonymously and I kept it on my phone. They called it ‘Arise Sir Kev’…
When shadows gathered, and hearts would break
Kev knew it was time to take…
One step, another, through wind and rain,
Carrying hope, despite the pain.
He never stopped, mile after mile,
Driven by loyalty, strength… a smile.
For Rob, his friend, he aim was true
Showing us all, what friendship can do.
Not measured in trophies, applause, or fame…
But turning up, again and again.
And in every mile he chose to run,
He showed us how friendship is truly done.
@hfc_ben@callumshaaw This is absolutely spot on. He’ll be a great back up and has done really well but to go to the next level you’ need a ball playing full back who links play and plays as an additional pivot, he’s young and this part of his game may develop in time.
@TruthfulTrinFan@M_Shaw1 Well then Wakey should get a proportion off their cap too. It’s the only way clubs will take academy and youth seriously which in turn will grow the game and product in this country.
@AaronBower Another example of the absolute shit show our game has become.
With every passing week the decisions are becoming more and more baffling. At a time when we need to promote the game more than ever. Honestly, why would a neutral follow be tempted to follow it.
@LozzaFox If the national anthem was like most countries about the country they might sing, why should anyone be singing the nonsense like “long to reign over us” this is a guy and part of a family who’s covered up for a family member who is a nounce and you want people to sing!
