@AmazonHelp This has happened multiple times now, with no respite. Please STOP repeating the same pattern. This order is worth around ₹70,000 – it’s not a small issue that Amazon’s delivery is scamming and customer support still hasn’t been able to sort it out.
Fraud alert @amazonIN@AmazonHelp: delivery staff for my phone exchange ran Rabbit Exchange, then demanded ₹300 cash for “open-box delivery”. I refused, they didn’t deliver and falsely marked “delivery attempted” twice. Escalating to @nch1915@jagograhakjago for consumer action.
Adding this because customer support hasn’t helped: despite multiple calls/chats, nothing changes. Amazon delivery has now done this 3 times – mark item as “shipped” and “out for delivery”, then falsely show “delivery attempted”. I’m forced to raise it here publicly.
Details: this is the same phone ordered twice.
1st order – delivery guys demanded ₹300 cash for “open-box delivery”, I refused, they marked “delivery attempted” and I had to cancel.
2nd order – again shows “delivery attempted” today even though no one came.@amazonIN@AmazonHelp?
@AmazonHelp I followed every step. Social team says they only handle posts, customer care knows nothing about Amazon Delivery, and Delivery can’t be contacted. Everyone says it “will be resolved” but nothing happens. I’ve waited 2 days with zero help. Delays I understand, but blatant lies?
@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Ordered a phone with exchange. Delivery guys ran Rabbit Exchange, then demanded ₹300 cash for “open-box delivery”. I refused, they left & still marked “delivery attempted”. Reordered, same false “attempted” today with no visit. How is this okay?
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN I've called customer care multiple times and got nothing but scripted apologies. Your tracking ID doesn't even work, so what “privacy” are you protecting? Service is so bad that customers have to come to a public forum just to be heard.
@ketto @fortis_response Dear Ketto,
