Time has come when the arrogance of BJP will lead to their demise as a party..It’s high time leadership of BJP should take responsibility and resign..first resignation should come from Modi followed by resignation of Amit Shah and Dharmendra Pradhan

Women beater police officer ADCP Sandeep Lamba se poocha ki unhone ek ladki par haath kaise uthaya, toh "hato yahan se" bolkar apna muh chhupate hue nikal gaye.
He hasn't faced any action whatsoever for his appalling conduct.
Main unse yeh bhi poochna chahti hun, sir, apne ghar ki auraton par bhi aisehi haath uthate hain kya? SHAME. SACK LAMBA. ✊🇮🇳
This is a SHOCKING policy about-turn by @PMOIndia@MoCA_GoI
Are we actually handing over the nation's aviation operations to one or two corporates?
I hold no brief for anyone, but less than 7 years ago @TataCompanies were forced to relinquish their bid for 49% of GMR Airports and then eventually not even permitted to hold 15% in @DelhiAirport@gmrinfraproject (Airports). @tatatrusts
What has caused this sudden policy thought change?
Is it because someone now wants to get into Aviation? or because the policies are so bad that no one else wants to start an airline, so one of the favoured corporates will start one? (and then change policies) ?
I won't say that I was not warned about this on @x and privately by some that this kind of policy was in the works; I just couldn't believe that we would do it.
Who will account for the duality of operational responsibilities, etc Where is the MRTP? How will other airlines be protected?
Globally, almost no nation permits an airport operator to directly own airlines, because of 🚫 Conflict of Interest.
If an airport owned an airline, it would favour its own airlines and discriminate against competitors, and many nations enforce Anti-Monopoly rules.
Is the Airport and Airline duopoly now being extended?
Airlines & airports have common stakeholders, like Temasek or Dubai government, etc but nothing more.
Too many questions here. @RamMNK@samirsinha69@mohol_murlidhar@narendramodi@AmitShah@PiyushGoyal@nsitharaman@republic@BDUTT@ShivAroor@sardesairajdeep@TamannaInamdar@ShereenBhan@VishnuNDTV@madhavgk
BREAKING: US oil prices surge to $85/barrel after Iran says it has struck an Amazon datacenter in Bahrain and water desalination plants in Kuwait in response to US strikes.
Unacceptable abuse of power.
Additional DCP Sandeep Lamba must be suspended immediately for hitting a female protester. High-ranking officers should be held to higher standards, not given impunity.
A buyer does not lose leverage at the negotiation table. He usually loses it before the meeting.
I have sat in enough negotiations and site visits to spot the exact moment a buyer's walk-away power dies. The seller spots it too. Every experienced seller, every sharp advisor on the other side, reads a buyer who has already given up his position. The signals are quiet. But they are loud to anyone watching.
Seven ways buyers kill their own power before a single number is discussed:
One. Shortlisting only one unit. When a buyer locks onto one flat, one floor, one tower, and the room knows it, the seller does not need to negotiate. He just needs to wait. Walk-away power requires an alternative. No alternative, no power.
Two. Taking the entire family on repeated visits. One visit with family is normal. Three visits with parents, spouse, and kids tells the seller something clear. This buyer has emotionally decided. The family has emotionally decided. The seller will hold firm because nobody walks away from a flat the entire family has already blessed.
Three. Mentally planning interiors before the deal is closed. The moment a buyer starts talking about where the modular kitchen goes, which wall gets the TV unit, how the balcony becomes the morning tea spot, the negotiation is over. You have already moved in. You just haven't paid yet.
Four. Stretching the budget before negotiations begin. A buyer who came looking at 1.5 CR, found a unit at 1.8 CR, somehow convinced himself it fits, and is now trying to negotiate at 1.8. The seller knows. A stretched buyer does not walk away. He has already made peace with the uncomfortable number.
Five. Revealing urgency. "We need to move by December." "The lease is ending." Every timeline a buyer shares is a chip handed to the seller. Urgency is the single biggest price inflator in real estate. The seller hears a deadline and holds firm. He can wait. You cannot.
Six. Rejecting all alternatives too early. A buyer who has visited ten options and dismissed nine now has one left. The seller of that one left knows it. The buyer thinks he showed conviction. What he actually showed was that his options are finished. Conviction looks exactly like desperation when there is nothing else to fall back on.
Seven. Treating the seller's refusal as a personal loss. When a seller says "this is my price," and the buyer takes it personally, starts chasing the deal out of ego, the negotiation is dead. You are no longer buying property. You are buying validation. And sellers price validation very well.
None of these signals are loud. They are quiet habits buyers carry without knowing. And on the other side of the table, every one of them is being read.
That is why it matters when your advisor tells you how to approach a meeting. How to hold your position at a visit. Budget does not make a deal expensive. Behaviour does.
Dear GOI, some petrol pumps will invest in infrastructure. Do not presume we don’t have . Do not force your irrational and irresponsible choices on us. @PMOIndia@HardeepSPuri

Then government-built housing on the same land.
Next comes redevelopment.
The builder lobby must be thrilled.

BREAKING: Iranian state media says that Iran will strike "enemy targets" at a ratio of at least two-to-one after the US launched new strikes on Iran.
President Trump also says that the US may target Iran with more strikes tonight.
Gadkari ji has achieved something historic.
He talks about ethanol so much that even roads have started dissolving like they were mixed in alcohol.
This is reportedly the road to Delhi-Mumbai Highway and the surface looks like it resigned before the monsoon even joined duty.
Before giving lectures on flex-fuel, hydrogen, ethanol and future mobility, please answer one basic question:
Can your roads handle a normal tyre?
Because right now, cars don’t need ethanol.
They need courage.
Highway Ministry has become a TED Talk department:
Speech: America-level roads.
Ground reality: Pothole safari.
Toll: Singapore level.
Road quality: Temporary election tent.
Gadkari ji, stop selling dreams of ethanol rockets.
First build roads that don’t melt, peel and crumble like papad.

I am reading unconfirmed reporting that India was not allowed by the Americans to sell its T-bond holdings, and had to liquidate (sell) a small part of gold holdings instead, to hold up the rupee.
This is quite revealing, if true. All supporting reading material links, or inputs, welcome. Need to know more. Thank you.
