This is a great move to keep colleges from over inflating the tuition costs for students. Now that nursing students can’t automatically get unlimited loans, colleges are going to have to reduce tuition costs so nurses aren’t paying on loans for 30 years.

Also straight line speed does not necessarily equate to base running speed. My 7.1 catcher was a great base runner always taking an extra base and was at the top in steals.
