@Autism Do you have response or way of getting out cause sorted with the way @MerlinapUK are now saying that children with hidden disabilities are now treated the same as every other child and there answer is to just show them a que card and watch a video. It's disgusting

@skytv sent a mobile complaint and n the 30th December. Got a response on the 10th Jan asking me to confirm name and I'm account holder and nothing since. So nearly 2 months and complaint still not dealt with. @financialombuds

@PetsatHome That's not clear as year 10 are 14 and 15. No one in year 10 would be 16 so you need to remove the year 10 part.

@Heidi_Labour still nothing being done about tests. 3 hours is tried to book a test in farnborough today. Website is clicked on one it vanished. Then not even 2 hours later this pops up. It's s disgrace and the whole system and the whole of @DVSAgovuk is a disgrace.

@skytv is getting worse and worse. No one wants to help in call centre. Ask yo speak to complaints. They don't understand you and send you round and round in circles. Shocking.
