@AirIndiaX Sheer torture for my parents today. IX 2053 was delayed indefinitely and u never gave clear/timely updates. My sr. citizen parents were stranded on aerobridge for almost an hour, no AC, no ventilation. 6+ hours delayed. New lows everyday!
