I’ve told my 15 -year-old daughter that she’s now part of history, that she should record her experiences & feelings. Years from now, people will need such stories to to learn from us. I always tell kids that this is what history is made of, our own stories. Thanks david!

Lady: Your “little speech” made me uncomfortable.
Me (slight nod): Cool. That’s the goal.
Her: How is that the goal?
Me: Discomfort always is the appetizer for growth. Growth cannot happen without it.
Her: Well I didn’t like it.

Ss worked hard to help solve Ben’s problem. Some alone time, some collaboration time; everyone was teaching and learning from their peers! Such a great way to end our week in math, but the work continues next week. @GarlandLinkenh1@SwenkeCFISD@SweMathSci#SwenkeProud
