“They should have special screenings that prohibit phone use in cinemas!”
We do. It’s called every single one of them, until you weirdos forgot or decided you were above that basic and very functional agreement
Thames Water leaked the equivalent of 227 Olympic swimming pools a day last year.
That's far more than any hosepipe ban will save.
It's time to put investment before profit and return water companies to public ownership.
A lot of clubs are trying to reposition PL football away from frequent attendance to a model akin to live music - where most people pick 1/2 dates & will spend big on merchandise & tickets as it’s a rare treat.
It’s only going to get worse, unfortunately.
not this halftime show being “let’s unite and love the world” whilst they’re actively bombing countries who were in the world cup and funding genocides
As a Liverpool fan, today is a day I and millions of others will never forget.
For 37 years, the Hillsborough families fought for truth and justice in the face of lies, smears, police corruption, state cover-ups and decades of institutional delay. They never gave up.
The Hillsborough Law passing Parliament is a testament to the families’ extraordinary courage and determination. Their fight has secured a duty of candour on public authorities and stronger support for bereaved families - not just in memory of the 97, but for everyone seeking justice from the state now and in the future.
This victory belongs to every campaigner who stood alongside the families. Huge credit to my friend @IanByrneMP, a Hillsborough survivor, for his tireless leadership in helping make this historic moment possible.
Justice for the 97. Always.
YNWA.
And of course, never forget the shameful and sinister role the S*n played. Never, ever buy the S*n.
It’s very important that England make the final so that this nonsense, the entire half-time show, and Trump’s trophy handout are all booed so loudly you can hear it back across the Atlantic.
This shit is so fucking scummy man. No duh numbers are low, no body wants a code in a box. But they 100% did this on purpose so they could report "low retail sales" to then further push the fact that physical is a dying market to then push the all-digital future.
