Hey @British_Airways is your executive club deliberately a painful process? To claim my companion voucher I need to have an email address and account for my 2 year old - and somehow my name is being used for my son. And stuck with unhelpful customer service. Pls help.
@British_Airways I’ve just DM’d this account but it’s a chat bot that replied “I’m sorry i don’t understand that” which is confusing. How should I DM then? A human help would be great
@British_Airways do you have a customer service that actually cares? I need some help and had the most annoying call right now with zero empathy and a lot of ego!!! Please can someone help me?

Next up @drchloesharp shares Practical Tips for Doing Research with Older people.
This slide is a photo that leads into a story about first generation polish migrant communities, based on her PhD @ResearchThing#UR_OlderPeople
Who do we mean when we say older? In @vayiam research they look at older adults as a growing user group, can be defined as those born before a certain year. “Silver surfers” is a group that is included but they are not all the older groups. @ResearchThing#UR_OlderPeople
This is really interesting, thanks for asking @msjaneaustin
I also want to learn from UX managers and UXers - what do you think makes a good interview and hiring process?
Re interview tasks: when are these ok? Eg, learning how they’d approach a brief and their rationale
@jennylayfluffy hey Jenny, would you be interested in speaking at an accessibility event that I’m co-organising at work? Let me know so I can DM or email you more info :)
Aaah yay, well done @sunnysides@Rik_Williams for another fantastic event. Gutted I missed it, though I was there in spirit, seen some great tweets. Can't wait to watch the recording and be back with the @researchthing gang 👍 ☺️ #MaternityLeave
