Yung Lean and GENER8ION stole the show at the VMAs last night with their performance of the duo’s “STORM,” recreating the stunning music video directed by @ROMAIN_GAVRAS and choreographed by Damien Jalet that went viral earlier this year.
Lean walked onstage in character from the video and smashed a Moonman award. He then joined five rows of dancers clad in private school uniforms, who moved in mesmerizing unison while Lean stood in the center eating ice cream. As the performance ended, Lean walked up to the lens and spat the rest of his cone into the camera. Perfection.
“STORM” was nominated for four awards last night, including Video of the Year, Best Longform Video, Best Direction (Romain Gavras), and Best Choreography (Damien Jalet).

Want to compress your irons? Get your sternum in front of the golf ball at impact.
One of the most common flaws I see is golfers swaying onto the trail leg in the backswing—and getting stuck there.
With an iron, we need to get pressure forward and rotate around the lead leg. That helps move the low point in front of the ball so you can strike ball first, turf second and create that powerful, compressed iron shot.

A consistent golf swing is built on fundamentals you can repeat not on trying to swing harder every time.
Here are 5 simple keys to focus on.
1.Light grip pressure Hold the club securely without squeezing. A relaxed grip helps the club move naturally and allows better speed.
2. Make a full shoulder turn Aim for roughly 90° of shoulder rotation.
A good turn gives you room to create power without forcing the downswing.
3.Pause at the top Give yourself a brief moment in transition. This can help prevent rushing and lets the lower body begin the downswing in better sequence.
4.Start from the ground up Feet and knees hips rotate arms and club follow. Good sequencing helps produce efficient speed and cleaner contact.
5.Finish the swing A balanced complete finish is a useful sign that you stayed committed through impact instead of slowing down early.
The goal is not to make every swing perfect. The goal is to make your good swing easier to repeat.
