Two Anthropic seniors just made Karpathy's loop 1000x better with "Graph Engineering" - dropped 11-page PDF
the shift: the agentic systems got 1000x better the moment you wired agents into a graph
here's the playbook in 6 steps:
step 1 → build one loop: generate, critique, revise - one self-review cycle beats a smarter model with none
step 2 → add tools: search, code execution, database - thinking without tools is hallucinating
step 3 → go parallel: spin up agents in separate worktrees - same repo, different branches, no conflicts
step 4 → add a graph: agents write findings as typed nodes and edges - not transcripts - every claim keeps its source
step 5 → ground your evaluator: it checks claims against graph edges, not vibes - "Triple not found" beats "seems off"
step 6 → the graph survives every session - your agents stop rebuilding context from scratch
the result: Karpathy ran 1 agent in 1 direction - this system runs 1,000 with shared memory - same model, it's the architecture
read this 11-page PDF and paste it into your Claude - you won't regret it
bookmark - then read the article on building graphs from scratch ↓
@Erickschultz11@VraserX I believe that would do more damage than good. Not that i support the BBB.... just a thought, if everyone automated things everywhere and layoff happened at a global scale that would definately impact the purchasing power which might have a negative impact rather than good

(I cycle through all LLMs over time and all of them seem to do this so it's not any particular implementation but something deeper, e.g. maybe during training, a lot of the information in the context window is relevant to the task, so the LLMs develop a bias to use what is given, then at test time overfit to anything that happens to RAG its way there via a memory feature (?))
🚨 Someone just turned your WiFi router into a full-body surveillance system.
No cameras. No wearables. No video. Just radio waves.
It's called RuView. It uses the WiFi signals already in your room to detect human poses, track breathing, measure heart rate, and see through walls.
Not a concept. Not a research paper. Working code you can run right now.
Here's what this thing actually does:
→ Tracks full 17-point body pose using only WiFi signals
→ Detects breathing rate (6-30 BPM) without touching anyone
→ Measures heart rate (40-120 BPM) from across the room
→ Sees through walls, furniture, and debris up to 5 meters deep
→ Tracks multiple people simultaneously with zero identity swaps
→ Self-learns from raw WiFi data. No labeled datasets needed
Here's how it works:
WiFi signals pass through your room and hit the human body. The body scatters those signals differently based on position, breathing, even heartbeat. RuView reads that scattering pattern and reconstructs everything.
A mesh of 4 ESP32 nodes ($48 total) gives you 360-degree coverage with 12 measurement links, 20 Hz updates, and sub-30mm precision.
Here's the wildest part:
It has a disaster response mode called WiFi-Mat. It detects survivors trapped under rubble through concrete walls, classifies injury severity using START triage protocol, and estimates 3D position. The kind of tool that saves lives after earthquakes.
The Rust implementation processes 54,000 frames per second. That's 810x faster than the Python version. The entire Docker image is 132 MB.
The AI model fits in 55 KB of memory. Runs on an $8 ESP32 chip.
Train once, deploy in any room. No retraining. No recalibration.
1,100+ tests. SHA-256 verified capability audit.

♻️ Repost to save someone $$$ and a lot of confusion. ✔️ Follow @techNmak for more AI/ML insights.
DeepMind just did the unthinkable.
They built an AI that doesn't need RAG and it has perfect memory of everything it's ever read.
It's called Recursive Language Models, and it might mark the death of traditional context windows forever.
Here's how it works (and why it matters way more than it sounds) ↓
