@CooperZurad You need a dark underwater shot cutting their full color logos vertically in half down the center. Then just zoom out with a price and a link. No words. The scream of the wire cutting would help.
@EricVallieres84@Michaelkornuta I already have some nightmare german cars, i don’t mind the part cost too much. I do all my own work at this point anyways. The Volvo factory trip was considered to pick up a V90 but allas, discontinued. The XC60 is just a potential substitute
@EricVallieres84@Michaelkornuta We’re picking between a Q7/Q5 and a XC60 right now, mostly for snow and a bigger car for the wife. Any major complaints?
@redbullfuturist@emm0sh I put them all on a portable hard drive and when its full i throw it in the ocean with my used car batteries and get a new hard drive. You can just feed data to the ocean
Take this to any national lab or ivy league physicist and they can explain each individual component, the relationships, and why this makes no sense. There’s multiple incompatible systems here. Its like mashing a microwave to a refrigerator with some random vacuum components and claiming free energy. It seems drawn by someone really smart, that didn’t quite get all the desk work down.
@sendcutsend@jimbelosic you guys considered a robotic hardware line? Buy bulk generic fasteners, have a robot system pack trays printed on cardboard/boxes, and ship along with orders? Would be neat to be able to use you as a mcmaster+ in a way. Sheet metal/cnc parts along with needed hardware. Just an idea
@kyleanthony Brother i literally have 4 of them i rotate through the month along with others from national labs, defense companies, etc. Our head of engineering wears one constantly and loves to share. It’s almost a joke if you done know who sendcutsend is anymore.
Go to a 100 year old shop and attempt to order a custom part with scs delivery, quality, convenience, and price. They’re good because they’re different, and not an old shop. Ive worked in old and new, and worked with hundreds of old and new shos. The old ones are dying at massive rates for a reason. We want new, fresh, modern, intelligent, fast, and honest companies. They sell custom rush order parts, not vintage quality finished products. Most of my income is from customers who became tired of the song and dance of vintage shops making everything harder, so they jump ship looking for a modern experience. They’re good because they stand out, as all the other comments are also sharing.
@i2cjak Tasted one of these to see how bad it was, its actually straight awful. Will be switching for the sake of kids and pets in the home. I hate silly protective marketing but these are actually neat
@EV_Trapper You could creep grind with good flush or coolant and a stable machine. All about how much cooling and lube you ca get in there. They have granite coolants
