The special prosecutor who weaponized the law is finally getting his day in court.

Former Special Prosecutor Jack Smith’s motion to dismiss the pending charges against him for organizing and ordering the illegal Mar-a-Lago raid has been DENIED.

Attorney General Todd Blanche made it clear: Smith will face the full weight of the U.S. Justice Department.

“He lied to judges, fabricated evidence, manipulated an empty office into a crime scene, and intimidated witnesses,” Blanche said. “He has to face justice.”

The DOJ was able to charge Smith earlier this year after his auto-pardon was nullified by the 18th Circuit Court of Appeals.

This was his last chance to avoid trial. There’s no turning back now.
