In case I get suspended for the elephant-like creature in the room/on my profile, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone I have interacted with here over the years - this was a great place, and you were all what made it great.
See you on the other side I hope. 🐘
I may reduce my activity here, as the way Twitter is run becomes more like a derailed wagon tearing up 10km of the Blue Mountains line. The Android app is getting buggy, and proposed upcoming changes sound particularly unappealing.
Not disappearing fully, but not as active.

Glad you're through it too.

What are the most important walk (and bike) infrastructure projects to build in Greater Sydney? We are putting together a list that is large enough for the big end of town to be interested. Details are good.
@walksydney1 For pedestrians, ensuring footpaths actually meet accessibility standards and are safe to use without trip hazards left behind every time a contractor digs one up. This is basic stuff done poorly now.
Better pedestrian priority at crossings, and do away with beg buttons.
@walksydney1 Actually fulfilling their promise to revitalise Parramatta Road post westconnex, making a proper arterial route for cyclists to/from the city.
Also Glebe Island Bridge, and establishing a full link between the upcoming Rozelle parklands to the Inner West greenway.
Bloody hell, imagine trying to get home to the Blue Mountains on #sydneytrains this evening
