Here goes another successful launch of PSLV-XL. The name of the mission(PSLVC47) carries C beacuse along with Cartosat as its main payload it also carries 13 commercial nanosats from US.

The launch of PSLV-C47 carrying Cartosat-3 scheduled on November 25, 2019 at 0928 hrs is rescheduled to launch on November 27, 2019 at 0928 hrs from Second launch pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota.

Lunar eclipse (1682) ๐ This printed image of the surface of the Moon shows the phases of the lunar eclipse, entered with brown ink. The eclipse was observed on 21 and 22 February 1682 by Johannes Hevelius in Gdansk.
Solar folks take note: The solar xray monitor onboard #Chandrayaan2 seems to do a better job at constraining the Sun's xray flux then GOES. Could be a good instrument to complement GOES flare flux data.
